I had clearly reserved a room for four people, yet I was informed that this wasn't possible, forcing us to pay for an extra room. The quality of toilet paper provided was subpar, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction.

i almost thought about leaving a good review but then i remembered i was suffocated in a stuffy room with a fan that woudl ve been better off as a paperweight. plus, when i decided to ask for a fan, the staff acted like i was asking for a royal feast instead of basic comfort. absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. dust and spider webs greeted me at the windows, and the shower had a musty smell with rusted fixtures. The hotel ambiance also suffered from a notable odor, reminiscent of poor drainage, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Add in the fact that the restaurant shuts down quite early—not ideal if you're planning a late meal—and that basic amenities like a refrigerator weren't available in the room, and you've got a stay that feels more underwhelming than it needs to be.

Had a great one-night stay in a triple room, which was very clean and quiet, ideal for a stopover. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The nearby Cafe Noir for breakfast was a wonderful bonus, with lovely options that added to our experience. Though the location is slightly out of town, having an Aldi supermarket next door was super convenient.
